Hi, my name is Glenda Esguerra and I am the founder of Paravie Fitness Studio in Deux-Montagnes, Quebec. We are a wellness facility that focuses on personalized and small group fitness training that produces fantastic results with our clients. Our fitness programs touch on the three major components of an effective health and fitness program: physical training, nutrition and supplementation. We are currently searching for a part time person to do some administrative assistant work, as our client care specialist.

The position requires flexible hours, paid at an hourly rate, with opportunity for bonuses. Paravie Fitness is growing and so we are looking for people who have the desire to learn, and to grow professionally.

Here’s what we’re looking for – Tasks you’ll be expected to do :


Answering and returning phone calls from customers and prospects

You are the front line for customer service and customer support. Calls that go to voice mail will be your responsibility to respond to the next day. You need to be comfortable talking on the phone – in both French and English. Customers and prospects are very important to us. You must conduct yourself professionally, take clear messages and deliver clear instructions. We’ll teach you everything you need to say and do. Manner and professionalism comes from you.

Responding to emails…

You will need to respond to each of these with basic information we’ll provide you.

Filing and Processing…

Basic stuff to keep up with the paper flow.

Online Scheduling and Point of Sale Payment…

You’ll have use of an online customer support system. You will manage clients’ appointments, attendance, product sales, and recording of business activities.

Customer account review and testimonials…

You will be responsible for making sure clients have good experiences by regularly gathering feedback.

Thoughtfulness and organization…

You need to be self-initiative, think for yourself and be organized. We want someone who learns and grows with us.

Bonus skills… (but not mandatory)

– basic fitness and health knowledge
– currently active and workout yourself
– can adapt to ZenPlanner© software and other online softwares
– have sales experience
– have knowledge of Microsoft Word, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Pages (Mac), navigating through Facebook. You must be internet-literate.
