BUILDING BLOCKS of a fitness plan - free workshop from Paravie

We’re excited to announce our first-ever fitness and nutrition workshop! It’s FREE, and everyone is invited.

This September is Nutrition Month at Paravie, so we’d like to launch things with an in-house workshop where we’ll discuss effective ways to manage your weight, build up your strength, and increase your energy levels. Most of us feel overwhelmed with all of the information out there when it comes to getting fit, so rather than taking action, we do nothing or try something but give up quickly when we don’t see results.

Paravie owner and personal fitness trainer Glenda Esguerra will demystify the fitness plan and break it down into its simple, constituant parts : proper nutrition, effective physical training, and essential supplementation to aid in recuperation and growth. It’s really not that complicated!

The FREE workshop is at 11 am at Paravie Fitness studio, 1400 Oka Road in Deux-Montagnes. We’ll be giving out free nutritional supplement samples, and we’ll discuss the vital relationship between the three, key building blocks needed to get you on track and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
